Terms of Use

Black Swan Furniture, terms and conditions of order.

1. A 50% deposit is payable on all items of furniture when
you place an order, with the balance payable in full prior to
delivery. If paying by cheque please allow seven working days for
your cheque to clear.

2. All orders of fabric are payable in full at time of order and are non refundable.

3. Delivery is normally 8-10 weeks for stock items and starts from the date of deposit, this can however fluctuate during
busy and quiet periods. Times vary for special commissions, we will however do our utmost to give realistic lead times.

4. Delivery charge is £75 per address in England and Wales (mainland), £100 per address in Scotland (mainland). Delivery costs for other destinations are available on request.

5. The deposit represents part payment for the goods. If the order is cancelled by you, Black Swan Furniture shall be entitled to retain the deposit to the extent of their reasonable losses and expenses suffered as a result of the cancellation.

6. If for any reason you wish to cancel your furniture order within seven days of the order date, your deposit will be refunded in full.
